LVAS Message Boards

The LVAS Message Forum has been replaced with an email based messaging system. This system provides an easy means of exchanging information to members without having to maintain your own email distribution or mailing list. The LVAS Subscribers Mailing List is totally voluntary and is a separate list from that maintained by the LVAS Officers for official Society notifications or mailings.

The intended purpose of the LVAS Member Mailing List is to facilitate:

• Discussing club issues in an open forum
• Discussing astronomical issues
• Quickly passing information to everyone on the list
• Requesting information or technical help from list subscribers
• Organizing impromptu star parties or events
• Passing interesting and timely astronomical information or events to list subscribers

The mailing list uses regular "eMail" and you can subscribe by sending an email to lvas-request@lvlug.org or go to the URL: http://lvlug.org/mailman/listinfo/lvas and subscribe. You can unsubscribe at anytime by sending an email to lvas-request@lvlug.org.
